Lovely paisley dress from Miss Tall America by Tall Modes. Button front closure with a pleated skirt. This dress was designed for a tall body, so the bodice is much longer and the waistline lower than is standard. This would fit best on someone at least 5'8 or taller, someone with a very long torso, and would also accommodate a larger bust. The very bottom button is missing, not particularly noticeable but priced to reflect flaws.
