A lovely lightweight coat from a fabulous luxury estate in the Hudson Valley. This piece does not have any labels, but based on other items from the same home it was most likely custom made for the previous owner in the 1950's-60's. Based on texture and appearance, this coat is 100% silk at both shell and lining. Shell is a textured, matte raw silk in rich orange, lining is a high shine raw silk in golden yellow. Unique spread collar, fabric covered buttons, and pockets!
